A has admitted her shock at the content of a colouring book bought from a charity shop after being forced to "vet" it for her young child. Aimee took to to share snaps of several pages, the majority of which featured bizarre creatures and people in odd situations.
"This colouring book from B&M - honestly it's a game of pick your favourite," she penned in the Weird subreddit. "The really creepy, disturbing stuff? Or the dangerous 'wrap a ribbon around your face, kids'? Or what about the adults having a really serious conversation?"
Aimee confessed: "So glad I vetted this before my two-year old got to it!" The book, titled 'Mega Jumbo Colouring Book', cost her 25p from a charity shop, though she didn't know what year it was from, she revealed in response to those who suggested the drawings were an AI prank.

Other bizarre pages included a flying bell, a person dressed as a tyre spying on their neighbour through hedge growth, and a girl riding a horse with four human legs.
"Did you rip out those pages and left the rest, (not unsettling ones?) for your kid to colour?" one Reddit user asked in response. "So those images you've shown us were just hiding in between normal pics? Yikes."
Aimee replied: "Yeah I've ripped them out. I can confirm they were in with the other normal (if bad quality) colouring sheets."
Others were left equally as baffled by the book, meanwhile. One overseas Reddit user asked: "What's B&M? This is the stuff of nightmares." Aimee explained: "It's a shop over here in the UK. Does a bit of everything. Homeware, organising, kids toys, etc. Also apparently the creepiest kids colouring books!"
Another ranted: "What the h**l are these drawings? This colouring book looks like it came straight out of a horror movie, with THE SAME KIND of uncanny factor as Charlie the Choo-Choo. Like, the visuals are and unsettling, but yet it doesn’t seem like they were inherently done out of malice.
Whilst another joked: "Adam and Eve hiding from God at the end? Diabolical." Others, however, appeared to appreciate the book, admitting they were keen to snap up a copy for themselves.
"Been needing to go B&M for Voltarol but because of back pain I've been delaying it," one Reddit user said. "Until now. I'm also going to buy a colouring book." A second person praised: "I love it... for me it's the suggestion of a story in each one. Like they were taken from actual stories but with no context at all.... bizarre s*** like whatever that is trying to escape down a manhole."
A fourth fan exclaimed: "I laughed so hard. I want to see more. Makes me so happy." Whilst a fifth attempted to explain the possible origins of the colouring book: "I'm pretty sure the second page is les cloches volantes (the French equivalent of the Easter Bunny, which is apparently a flying bell?)."
B&M confirmed the book is from an old line from at least five years ago.
